This class is designed for senior adults to work on their stretch and balance skills. Activities include chair exercises, working with small weights, poles and bands.

Come get fit after a long day of work with this group fitness class incorporating cardio and weights. This class is designed for adults of all ages. No prior exercise skills necessary.
