Gymnastics is a wonderful way to encourage motor development, coordination, and physical fitness for children of all ages. In gymnastics, children will learn basic skills on bars, balance beam, floor and vault. Progressions are based on each child and classes are taught year round. Playball

The Playball program introduces skills for basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, tennis and field hockey. Playball also helps children with listening skills, concentration, perception, life skills, gross motor development, team work, balance, independence, midline crossing, rhythm and timing, and improved coordination.  Each class consists of a warm up, 6-8 sport skills (with a focus on various skills in our curriculum each week) and a fun game at the end. The curriculum consists of beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Children learn through repetition so the skills will repeat but will become more advanced. The instructor will also evaluate the progress of the students and send a report home twice a year.
